Preparation
The Gdynia Winter Swimming Cup brings winter swimmers to the Polish Baltic, where salt water, wind and waves add to the challenge. In 2027 it hosts both an IWSA World Cup stage and the European Championship; its signature Baltic Cold Beast is a full kilometre in sea water below 5°C.
