Preparation

The Lithuanian stage of the IWSA World Cup takes place on Lake Galvė beside Trakai's island castle. The Lithuanian Open traditionally mixes short sprints, longer swims, relays and a for-fun swim, making it one of the more welcoming international winter-swimming weekends.
