Preparation

Season opener of Cape Town's never-cancelled Friday-night Seadog Paddle Series at Fish Hoek Surf Lifesaving Club: surfskis, SUPs, prones and kayaks race a short coastal course whatever the ocean throws. Series registration open on Webscorer (R150 once-off); weekly race entry before 17:30 for an 18:00 start. All abilities welcome from nippers to masters.
